Engaging and supportive sessions to help build your confidence and skills in A-level English Literature or A-level Drama & Theatre

- I am an experienced Literature and Drama teacher, working in Ofsted rated Outstanding schools and sixth form colleges for twenty years. I have been tutoring for the last five years.
- My sessions are relaxed and work at your pace to meet your goals. (Don't be deceived though - I get results!)
- I work with you to help you fully understand the texts and / or practitioners you are studying. This can include close analysis, quotation gathering or even exploring context.
- We work together to strengthen your vocabulary and phrasing in academic writing to improve your essays. This can include essay planning, writing sections together or looking at work you have for your teacher and their feedback.
- At the end of each session, you can choose which direction you want to go in - all sessions are tailored to help you focus on the skills and knowledge that you want to build.
