A coach specializing in neurodiversity, leadership and life skills, working with adults and young people to achieve their goals.

As a coach my role is to support you to achieve your goals. We will get curious about what is going on for you, get creative in working out a plan, and plan out what you need to confidently achieve it. I will provide space for you to work through problems and generate solutions. I will also provide accountability and encouragement. If there is something specific you need I may provide resources to help you work it out.
