Enthusiastic and fully qualified secondary history teacher- Teach First graduate with BA history

I have taught history at ages 11-16 for the previous four years. This included completing the rigorous Teach First programme, qualified teacher status (QTS) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education at distinction. I hold a history degree and have further experience in KS3 RE and Geography.

In my teaching, I focus on positive, engaging lessons with quality-first teaching methods.
I have taught in a range of education environments and have also been responsible for successful history curriculum design.

Before commencing my teaching career, I gained a BA in history from New York University Abu Dhabi, a rigorous international environment.
