Advert description
I have a master's degree in architecture. I will be starting a PhD in architecture in October. I am currently writing a paper titled 'Consenting Cities' that will be published in December by Monash University, Australia, in partnership with Queen's University Belfast. I have experience teaching a mini lecture series about gender studies in architecture to French Literature and Drama students at Queen's University, Belfast. Keen to embark on a career as an educator at university level; would love to make a difference by improving the student's educational futures and inspire people to see the joy in learning.
Previous experience as a French mentor at A Level, as I can speak conversational French. I took part in a 6 month exchange programme in Reims, France, therefore, have a strong understanding of how daunting it is to move to a new country and immerse yourself in the culture and the language. Would love to not only teach student's my native language, but also learn from the student's and grow a deeper understanding of their unique backgrounds and cultures.
