With my experience in working with young people in education for over 15 years I have had the privilege to work with many students on their aspirations and plans for the future whether its a fulltime course an apprenticeships or employment, I work within FE currently and have had personal and professional experience of Sen/Autism and the systems around expectations of the EHCP
