I format my guidance meetings on getting to know your skills and abilities to help you think about your choices whatever stage you are that and then agreeing what to base our meeting on this could be looking at how to apply for apprenticeships or looking for a local course to match your interests. I can also advise on students looking at higher educations/university...advice with options for students who are leaving college with EHCPS from job searching and lots of other information we can share pages through Microsoft Teams... then I would put a plan of action together for you and post through email.
