I teach German from beginner level through GCSE and A level

I have a joint honours Masters degree in French and German and have been teaching German from beginner level through GCSE and A level for the last 32 years in secondary schools in the UK.
Whether the emphasis is on deepening knowledge and understanding of grammar and the written word or on communication and oral fluency, I hope to be able to build confidence and competency whilst having fun! I am calm, patient and conscientious. I always adapt lessons according to learning style and prior knowledge and I use a wide range of resources and techniques to engage and enthuse my students. I am happy to offer lessons online if this is easier.
