Fitness and Sports professional, with adaptations for the Uniformed services

I have a Batchelors degree in Uniformed and Public Services. I have worked in the Prison service for over 6 years and specialised in the fitness and sports industry in the prison service. I have been a PEI (Physical Education Instructor) in the prison service over 4 years. I absolutely love anything to do with fitness and sports. I have a real passion for training the body to better yourself. Also the aspects of team sports. So whatever you need help with from fitness, sports and even the uniformed service. I will do my upmost to provide you with all the support you require.
