I have experience in Personal Training for weight loss, muscle gain, and overall improvement in health. I have also worked as an athletic trainer and physiotherapist assistant so I have knowledge on injury rehabilitation and prevention. I have a degree in sport and exercise science and am currently working towards my masters in sports medicine so I have up to date knowledge on everything in the health world.
