About Me
Hi, I’m John, a professional guitarist, bassist, and music educator with over a decade of experience in performance and teaching. I graduated with honors from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where I received a prestigious scholarship, and have since built a diverse career in classical, jazz, and popular music.

Performance Background
I’ve performed in some of the most iconic venues and festivals worldwide, from Glastonbury to the Royal Albert Hall, and worked with acclaimed artists such as Kano, Peter Andre, and Sophie Ellis-Bextor. My classical experience includes performing with the London Symphony Orchestra under Sir Simon Rattle and appearing in West End productions like Phantom of the Opera and The Lion King. In jazz and pop, I’ve been part of notable ensembles such as the London Jazz Orchestra, Riot Jazz Brass Band, and the award-winning Beats and Pieces Big Band.

Teaching Approach
As an experienced music teacher, I’m passionate about helping students of all levels discover their unique musical voice. Whether you’re a beginner picking up an instrument for the first time, an intermediate player refining your skills, or an advanced musician seeking to explore new styles, I tailor lessons to your goals.
