I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2007, I graduated from St Marys University in 2008 with a first class degree in strength and conditioning science and i then went on to do a Masters degree in Biomechanics. Since then, i have worked in a range of fitness environments, from private clinics in central London to high performance sport as well as lectured at two universities on a part-time time basis.
