While i am certainly persistent in my aims, i remain empathetic towards my students. I tailor both the nature and delivery of my teaching to the abilities of the student, understanding the importance of academic criticism being received as wholly constructive and thus ensuring the student is consistently reassured of this. I found this not only positively impacted the academic stamina of students, but significantly, their academic improvement, Resultantly this is a core component of my teaching style.
