I have been a success coach for the last 5 years and have been able to support clients and students in overcoming various challenges which may be holding them back or preventing them from obtaining their goals.
The coaching method helps individuals to stay aware and accountable, to then be able to create and implement SMART goals and build new habits, in order to get to a place of competence mastery.
Sessions are structured based on your needs, and what you're trying to achieve. For example, for someone who is finding their work is becoming overwhelming or unmanageable, we would evaluate your workload and what you're currently doing, what and how this can be adjusted, and implement methods to help you start putting manageable steps in place to make you feel more at ease.
The minimum amount of session you need in order to start seeing changes is 12 weeks, however this can be adjusted depending on how quickly you implement the changes.
