I have spent nearly a decade working at large NYSE & FTSE100 businesses and covering ground from Culture, Talent and Diversity & Inclusion to Continuous Improvement, Change Management and Sustainability. In combination with my Coaching qualification and skills, I am able to connect and build rapport with people from across geographies, cultures and personality types swiftly and with greater empathy.
