I am someone who is capable of adaption to various needs and requirements swiftly, understanding the importance of building a rapport with the individual, knowing i need to make something engaging and not just sit them down talk at them, but figure out their learning style catering what their needs are in order to ensure they are understanding what is said and have that relationship of trust that they are able to constantly ask questions, challenge different points to understand the context of the information given.
