I will help students achieve their goals by introducing skills I've learned, and by teaching not what to think, but how to think, I will make sure my students can tackle any question. I will measure progress by using the Feynman technique; at the end of each session, they should be able to explain what they have learnt in a simple way and so I will know they have understood the concept or topic. Purpose is needed for efficient learning. Having a goal, whether it be short long term, creates a sense of determination and this is important when learning.
