Through my work experience, I have in my profession for years as a Teacher /University adjunct Lecturer/administrator/Marketer, unleashed my potential for Excellence in area of Teaching and Lecturing. I am pragmatic and consistently an active listener and quickly establish rapport in order to deliver high quality services teaching.

However, my years of experience, I have developed organizational and administrative skill accustomed to maintaining high productivity level with heavy workloads and also manage conflict under pressure and still meet set goals and constantly providing service in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the students’ diversity and preserving their autonomy, dignity and rights. More so, with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping students meet expectations in their studies.

Besides, my achievement in academics are as follows:
Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars.
•​Developing curricula and course material that can be used across a number of platforms.
•​Collaborating with other academics and lecturers to improve teaching methods and expand knowledge base.
•​Setting and grading assignments, tests, and exams.
•​Attending conferences, and other events in and outside of the institution.
•​Participating in training opportunities and initiatives at the institution.

•​Staying current by reading widely and producing published work in the field.
