I can quickly understand the needs of people and have a history of helping them to secure their desired outcome as quickly as possible. I believe I have the passion it takes to help (unemployed) people into employment by providing them with bespoke one-to-one advice, guidance, or coaching. I am also not afraid to give delegates ‘tough love’ and keep them on track to achieve their career goals.

I can quickly understand the needs of people and have a history of helping them to secure their desired outcome as quickly as possible. I believe I have the passion it takes to help (unemployed) people into employment by providing them with bespoke one-to-one advice, guidance, or coaching. I am also not afraid to give delegates ‘tough love’ and keep them on track to achieve their career goals.
My mode of coaching service to clients are mainly online and can be in-person.
*The duration and frequency of the sessions will vary (e.g., weekly one-hour sessions). Can be discuss on the initial booking.
*The additional resources and materials i provide to enhance the learning experience are audio, video and practical.
Content and Dynamics of my Coaching Lessons:
*We would outline the career subjects, job barriers we can cover in coaching session (e.g., leadership development, career advancement, personal growth).
*Emphasise the interactive and collaborative nature of the coaching sessions.
*I would describe and create how you tailor the lessons to each of your individual needs and goals.
*Highlight any practical exercises, case studies, or real-life scenarios we can incorporate to reinforce your learning.

Ann Marie helped me with my CV and preparation for job interview. She streamlined my CV and made it more relevant and precise. She is very knowledgable and patient, her desire to help me to find the right job was very evident. She gave me extensive information on job interview, leading to being confident and well prepared for them. I find her instructions were very beneficial and she communicated very well, also carry lots of positive vibes. Resulting, I got my dream job, within 1 week of applying for the position.

Ann-Marie went through my CV, then she asked me questions about me. She wanted to know if I knew who I was. I describe what I could and then she ask me to read my profile. I realise that it had no connections with me. She gave a light interview questions which help to build my CV and my confidence, I never knew the outcome was going to be this way. She was kind, patience and funny. She made you feel at ease. The cost and time was worth it as I have had several interviews and good agencies that she help me to select. Yes I would recommend her to others, who dying to know who they are. Thanks
