I am a final-year PhD candidate in Human Geography at the Department of Durham in the UK. I have a Masters in Natural Resources Management and Governance from TERI in New Delhi. Previously I have worked in different capacities on interdisciplinary social science research projects, advocacy, teaching, policy-oriented writing and communication and undergrad and postgrad teaching. I have previously taught core Geography modules like Human Geography, and others on resilience, Urban studies, climate change, Geographies of Disaster and Crises. I have some experience in academic and non-academic research publishing. I look forward to teaching and mentoring roles that would help students with domain expertise in Human Geography and related fields, and groom professional research and writing skills in aspiring academics and research professionals.
