Please get in touch if you would like to learn the arts of French Cooking, Methods developed over hundreds of years and adapted by the British to cater for households and mass populations nutritionally, cost efficiently and seasonally.
I'll start each lesson with quickly covering basic theory and understanding of methods, techniques, nutrition and ingredients. This will help develop a deep understanding of wholesome French Fresh cooking.
You'll finish each lesson knowing how to cook at least one dish, with the theory behind each one. Each Lesson is recommended to last three hours, to ensure enough time to develop skills, knowledge and theory, but most importantly the dish.
I'll optimise each lesson based on your skills, personal development.
**THE HOME TUTORING FEE WILL GO TOWARDS THE COST OF INGREDIENTS FOR 1 DISH as well as travel costs** Any further ingredients for your dishes to cook in the lesson will be provided by yourself, the student. All ingredients left over will be left for your own practise. Each finished dish will be cooked for two portions only. Theory and understanding on how to make larger batches on dishes will be provided as part of the lesson.
