Hi there,

My Name is Will, I'm a chef who has worked in and run kitchens in the hospitality sectors which exist.

I have eight years experience as a chef, working in Chelsea, Brighton, Cheshire and Manchester and I believe that there is always a day where I still learn, and this is a mindset which I'd like to teach you. Within cooking there is a infinite world of recipes and cooking styles, however I plan to teach you the basics of French cuisine, which methods can then be utilised and developed to efficient cost effective and nutritional home cooking for you to create heart warming dishes for you, your friends and family. These skills are then taken apart and reflected into other areas of world cuisine.

Before we start your lessons, send me a list of what you want to learn, practice and develop your knowledge on. I will then tailor make a lesson plan to suit your needs.

Each plan will consist of:
-Theory
-Skills
-Demonstration
-First Practice

These first four steps will deeply root in your understanding and knowledge for the lessons to come, it'll also start you on confident path to go on and start understanding future ingredients and methods.

If we're on video call it will consist of demonstrations and learning via camera, however I will be patient with the limitations of technology to ensure you get value for money. The most efficient method of learning is if I was in your kitchen, to help you learn and teach you how to use your space efficiently and effectively.
