Italian native speaker, offering tutoring for students (from primary to university) and professionals

I am Lia, originally from Italy and graduate of the University of St Andrews (Scotland). I have extensive experience tutoring in Italian, English as foreign language and Humanities (both in English and Italian).

Through the years, I have supported students in the age range 8-23 years old, students with special needs, and professionals seeking to improve their Italian or English language skills. I am passionate and trained in education and curriculum development, and looking forward to preparing with my students a plan that best suits their needs and goals: I assure you, whatever it is that you are trying to learn and improve, we will get there!

I like to use approaches based on dialogue and real-life application of your language skills - focusing also on grammar, and conversational and written fluency. As a bilingual person myself, I am also happy to share some tips and simple exercises that you can use in your day-to-day life for a more impactful and immersive learning experience.
