I tailor my lessons to students' individual needs and there is always great emphasis on communication. Apart from using coursebooks I design my own teaching materials, especially to introduce and practise vocabulary. I pay a lot of attention to grammar as knowing how to put words together gives students security and helps to break communication barriers.
