English, Maths and Science tutor for KS2, 11+ tutor, SATS tutor

I have been tutoring for over 6.4 years. I originally started this 'tutoring journey' after having completed the 11+ journey myself and gaining a place at leading grammar school - Woodford County High School. I started off as a volunteer and progressed (for many years now) as a leading tutor at a fast growing 11+ tuition centre (IQ Academy which caters for 11+ CEM/GL/private school exams), SATs, as well as generic maths and English tuition for school. I have an LLB degree in Law from City University of London and am currently completing my LLM (master in law) at University College London (UCL).

I have developed a deep understanding of the diverse learning needs and styles of students. I firmly believe in tailoring my approach to meet the unique requirements of everyone, whether it's breaking down complex concepts into manageable parts or providing additional practice materials to reinforce learning.

My strong communication skills enable me to effectively convey concepts in a clear and understandable manner, fostering an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification. I am patient, empathetic, and committed to guiding students through challenges, instilling in them the confidence and skills they need to succeed academically.

Moreover, I am proficient in leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience. Whether it's utilizing interactive online platforms, virtual whiteboards, or video conferencing tools, I am adept at integrating technology into my tutoring sessions to facilitate engaging and effective learning interactions.
