Tutor for primary, GCSE and A level (biology). Experienced working with students of all ages

Hi ! I’m a science tutor with a specialism in biology. I’m a neuroscience graduate with AAB (biology, psychology, chemistry) in my A levels and 7-9 across my GCSEs. While I mainly tutor sciences, im happy to assist with English, maths, French and geography at the primary and GCSE level. I take a personalised approach to teaching my students, ensuring that I understand their learning style and current challenges with the subject/s so I can develop an individual learning plan that best suits them. Through my degree I have learnt the best strategies to learn and retain information in a way that’s interactive and engaging. I always strive to make my lessons enjoyable yet focused. I set regular homework that priorities exam style questions and essay style answers as I know understanding what the examiners are looking for and getting the ‘essay technique’ can be challenging.
