I have personally transformed my own world from having no confidence to believing I can achieve, I have gone from holding self limiting beliefs to realising and making the most of who I am and what I have to offer. I understand my goals why they're there how they got arrived and what I need to do to continue achieving and feeling fulfilled.
I have supported people throughout my working life with career coaching and now I deliver my own service assisting people with careers, self discovery, life coaching, balance and self care. I continue to attend courses inclusive of life coaching, last year I completed a personal development and leadership course. I've read around 60 different relevant books, I listen to podcasts, attend webinars and enjoy being a positive non-judgemental listener in people's lives.
I'm here to listen, provide honest, open and encouraging conversations that will help you reach your full potential and goals.
This service is mainly delivered on a remote basis with potential for face to face. For companies interested in this type of service it's possible to deliver programmes to groups, I'm also in the process of planning an additional DISC profiling service it would be great to know about potential plans to include this.
