Experienced teacher, lecturer and coach

I have over 30 years experienced of working in education inclusive of teaching, lecturing and leadership roles. I have a passion for supporting individuals to realize their potential and achieve their goals.
My experience is inclusive of roles in schools, colleges and communities additional to education management. I am a qualified Estyn Inspector for Adult and Community Learning in Wales. I have worked with learners in environments ranging from primary schools to higher education settings.
My career has also been inclusive of delivering community based mentoring programmes in the Charity Sector .
My experience of coaching and mentoring has been embeded in many roles during my career. I am shortly to qualify as a Level 7 Coach with the University of South Wales which is focusing on the coaching needs of senior managers and executives.
My approach to coaching is practically based and always recognises that individuals have the ability and capacity to achieve their goals.
