I have a master's degree in Nutrition and am registered with the Association for Nutrition, as well as a background in health, nutrition and behaviour change coaching. This has provided me with experience helping hundreds of clients towards their goals such as weight management, body re-composition, improved gut health and eating and exercise for longevity. I am also a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and experienced weightlifter and exercise programmer. We can run through an initial free consultation and make sure we're a good fit. I'll then get cracking on your personalised plan and programme and we can also run through nutrition support and home workouts in our online sessions.
