I have experience of online and in person teaching both one to one and in groups, and enjoy watching learners’ technical knowledge and confidence grow. With over 20 years of experience as an award-winning photographer and more than 15 years as an educator, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute further to inspire students through the art of photography. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to fostering creative expression and confidence in students of all ages and experience levels, from GCSE and A-Level to degree and masters programs . My approach emphasizes hands-on, visually engaging lessons tailored to accommodate diverse learning styles including students that might have struggled in traditional learning settings or have been out of education for some time including varying learning disabilities and complex needs. I am particularly proud of my adaptability and patience, qualities that enable me to support each student in reaching their full potential.
