As an experienced yoga teacher and mindfulness coach, I can teach all levels from complete beginner to advanced, either in person, online and also 1:1.
With 600 hours yoga alliance certification in all styles, I am delighted to be able to teach hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, yin and breathing exercises.
I like to bring a sense of peace to all my classes and genuinely care to connect with my students to leave them feeling better and ready for the day ahead.
