University of Oxford Physics undergraduate tutoring maths/ physics for all abilities

My name is James and I'm an undergraduate at the University of Oxford studying physics. I've always enjoyed learning the rigorous fields of maths and physics, and have found tutoring to be a great way to share that passion with others. So far, I have tutored 8 students, giving me over 60 hours of experience in delivering high quality lessons.

At A-level I studied maths, further maths, physics and chemistry and achieved A*A*A*A*, as well as an A* for my EPQ on theoretical physics. At GCSE level I obtained-

In my lessons I use a question-focused approach to tackle the weak areas in a student's understanding - sharing valuable insights that have allowed me to get the top marks.

I tailor my lessons to the specific needs and learning styles of the individual, but always with an emphasis on grasping the content at a deeper level and most importantly enjoying the learning process.

When I don't have my head in a textbook you can find me playing the piano or on a rugby pitch!
