I am a listening tutor, aiming to fully understand the learner needs and motivation levels to fulfil their requirements

I am a teacher of Science and A-level Biology for 20 years, giving me a full experience of every style of teaching and student ability. My teaching method is informal, allowing a student to feel comfortable to express themselves and their needs. I start with basic principles and develop these with examples of systems that allow a student to visualise, and construct a pattern or model on which to base their ideas. This is extended by exam techniques to answer questions as fully as possible.
