I'm a personal trainer with 3 years experience running my own personal training studio in Australia. My lessons are aimed at people that want to understand how to build a healthy lifestyle and gain more confidence, both in and out of the gym.

I take an empathetic and non-intimidating approach to personal training. Firstly I will help understand their goals and assess their current level of fitness through a movement assessment. This can be done online over zoom or in person in Oxford. Next, I will plan out the sessions according to their availability and how many times a week they can train. We start with bodyweight movements (if they are new to training) to build a strong foundation and then start to add dumbbells and machine weights (if they have access to these), moving up to barbells and more complex movements. Ideally students would work with me for 6-12 months so that they can build confidence in their training and understand how to train in a way that is sustainable, avoiding injury and to set them up for life. I am also a qualified nutrition coach and I teach nutrition for energy and a healthy lifestyle.
