Degree level engineering tutoring with ex programme leader

I have 20 years of teaching experience at UK Universities and have led Mechanical Engineering degrees at Universities. My specialist areas are thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer, leading onto turbomachinery, CFD and energy systems analysis. I have also taught on statics, dynamics and mechatronics courses.

My lessons are focused on developing a genuine understanding of the subject and how to apply it in real world scenarios, drawing on the research I have done (and still do) across energy industry. I have written my own modules, so have lots of materials and practice questions to draw on to augment those your own lecturer may have given you.

My lessons are at least one hour long, and combine video, screen sharing, visualiser (for written work) and real world examples. I can design bespoke courses to suit your needs, or simply help you understand the work covered in your current course.
