I'm very adaptable. I find 1 on 1 teaching is the most efficient as it builds a form of trust. For growing children, I make a balance between teaching and building their independence. I would ensure whomever I tutor has a proper understanding of the subject by giving them questions they would know but also questions to challenge them. I find this method, especially for growing children, is extremely effective as it builds their confidence in the subject as well as engaging their minds in newer questions.
