I adopt a tailoring approach, all students are different and deserve to be taught according to their needs

I always like to begin with a discussion, what do you know? What do you enjoy? What do you not enjoy as much about this subject? I then try to find out background on how well an individual performs or has performed, in order to tailor my teaching and be as effective as possible - and not confuse or disengage my students.
