I obtained my first degree in education in 1985. I taught secondary school students briefly but have been teaching or training adults in the public and private sectors over the years. When I worked in the banking sector, I was invited to train the management trainees, because of my educational background and passion to impart knowledge to people around me. Before I started my Ph.D. research programme, I was a lecturer. I am flexible because I can teach a group of adults, or if required, I could take up one-to-one tuition. The teaching mode could be virtual or physical, as the situation demands.
