I have practiced yoga for 25 years in the UK & overseas, supporting individuals suffering with: arthritis, depression, nausea and mental health concerns.
I have a Psychology BSc Hons degree and experience of IAPT talking therapies for CYP and Adults.
I teach hatha yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, reflexology, visualisation and mindfulness.
I support individuals with physical and emotional mental health concerns, also individuals who prefer alternative therapies.
