Over my 8 years working within Education across EYFS, Ks1, Ks2, SEN and private tutoring for both adults and children. I have continuously been reminded of my passion for both teaching and people. I recognise that each learner is a leader of the future and should be encouraged to develop resilience and ambition, whilst being supported to undertake new challenges. I am a confident and dedicated educator with a keen interest in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, planning differentiated lessons to meet all individuals’ needs and allowing people the space to become independent learners. Throughout my professional life, I have been successful in building positive relationships, not only with students and their families but also with my peers within the departments I have been part of and managed.
