English Language Tutor for GCSE students

Working as an English tutor for Get Further has been a rewarding and enriching experience. The charity’s mission to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds resonates deeply with me, and I am proud to have helped contribute to their academic success. My role involves creating tailored lesson plans, identifying individual learning needs, and fostering a supportive environment where students feel confident to express themselves.

Each tutoring session is unique, presenting opportunities to develop innovative teaching strategies and witness firsthand the positive impact of personalised education. The collaborative nature of Get Further means I constantly exchange ideas with fellow tutors, enhancing my own skills and knowledge. Watching my students grow in their abilities, gain confidence, and achieve their academic goals is incredibly fulfilling.
