I am a candidate of MSc in International Business Management at Newcastle University – UK. I engaged and I am passionate in Inclusion & Diversity initiatives, ally of Pride Alliance LATAM (hub which support LGBTQIA+ people) and mentor on reverse mentoring program 2021/22 with leaders from both operational and executive levels. In addition, I believe in education as a game-changer to enhance social mobility. I was exposed to different cultures and complex issues around the globe to collaborate with teams/customers in many countries such as: Brazil, China, Hungary, India, Japan, Spain and the USA.
