I like to define myself as a self-motivated professional with a problem-solving mindset and
always looking for exposure to different challenges that will contribute to my
professional/personal development. I engaged and I am passionate in Inclusion & Diversity
initiatives, and mentor on reverse mentoring program 2021/22 with leaders from both operational and executive levels.
In addition, I believe in education as a game-changer to enhance social mobility. I have contributed with this belief by enhancing volunteering activities in municipal schools to encourage children in areas of risk and vulnerability to get into the habit of reading and writing; and also by teaching about EHS and Law in public schools in Brazil.
Graduated in Production Engineering with 8 years of experience in different Supply Chain areas, I am an OMLP alumni: a two-year leadership program of General Electric that prepares the next global operations/supply chain leaders, providing world class supply chain management, lean, quality, supply chain finance and leadership skills.
My background also brings experience as project manager for Support Operations at Liferay Latin America (an American global IT company focused on enterprise platforms/cybersecurity). During that time, I was exposed to different cultures and complex issues around the globe to collaborate with teams/customers in many countries such as: Brazil, China, Hungary, India, Japan, Spain and the USA.
Connecting with people and sharing knowledge is my passion!
