Recently I did corporate yoga with 500+ participant which I enjoyed a lot. This was a group of corporate people who do desk job 9 hrs so majority had neck and back issues so I conducted chair and desk yoga here to help them release tension surrounding neck, shoulder and back. All gained lots of benefit by doing very simple stretches to release the stiffness.I conduct both online and offline yoga classes. Online on zoom and in person class at my students house or apartment. I have treated all different types of clients some with blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol,depression, anxiety, creatine, knee replacement, athletes, heart patient, special child, etc Some for weight loss few for weight gain. Some focused more on mental health so did Pranayam n meditation with those clients. I do prenatal, postnatal, therapeutic, ashtanga,hatha and Iyengar form of yoga.

We practiced thrice a week for the past two years and couldn't have had a better experience. You are brought into a very sweet family environment the minute you walk in the door. The morning class is set at a great tempo to get your heart rate going.. Monica is excellent and extremely helpful as she pay personal attention to every student and make very useful corrections to your body during poses. I feel like my ability to practice at home has been significantly enhanced during my time here. Would highly recommend her to anyone of any level of practice even if you have never done yoga before.
