A public health graduate currently working as an information advice & guidance officer, able and proven to guide diverse adults.

I am able to communicate and teach indivuduals effectively, as an information, advice and guidance officer,I regularly interview clients and help them to recognise their strengths, build their confidence and improve their skill set. Through extensive training I have been able to effectively teach individuals how to build their CV’s, improve their interviews and gather their confidence to work. Most specifically individuals who have come out of domestic violence situations, prisons and have learning difficulties. My drive and dedication to my clients/customers have also been showcased through years of retail experience, I am able to understand what an individual needs by carefully assessing them via important and tailored questions.
