I was part of the Romanian wrestling National Olympic team for several years.🤼‍♀️ I have taken part in many competitions over the years, National Championships, International Championships, Gran Pix, European Championships, World Championships . My accolades includes gold 🥇at multiple National Championships ,different medals 🥇🥈🥉 at International Championships,and a top-5 finish in the European Wrestling Championship. But my fight goes beyond the mat. In 2012 I got pregnant ,after my pregnancy, I faced one of my toughest opponents yet—postpartum weight gain. Tipping the scales at 104 kg, I harnessed the power of discipline, a strategic training regimen, and a focused mindset to reclaim my strength and health. In 2019 I moved to UK 🇬🇧 and from Today, not only do I share my love for wrestling through private lessons and comprehensive training programs, but I also offer guidance on transformative fitness journeys.
