Hi all, My name is Natalija. Russian is my mother tongue and I have a Bachelor's in Russian Philology and Literature (Vilnius, Lithuania). I also have a Bachelor's in English Literature (London, United Kingdom) and am a qualified TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) teacher. I am also a qualified Russian-English interpreter and I have 4 years of Art & design education. Learning and teaching languages have always been my passions. I enjoy connecting with students and assisting them on their learning journey. I offer conversational lessons mainly and we can discuss your learning goals should there be additional needs. A little bit about me, I call myself an adopted Northerner as I am based in Manchester! Alongside tutoring, I worked in the legal property sector in the UK for over 15 years. I am also a visual artist and enjoy practising mindfulness, hiking and helping the community in my free time. I have experience teaching children from year 3 to adult age. My last teaching experience was teaching RNCM opera singer Russian phonetics. I have also taught English abroad in countries like Vietnam and Cambodia. English is perhaps my first language at the present however I am a native Russian speaker, therefore, I am confident in teaching either Russian, English as a foreign language or English Literature.
