German graduate living in Berlin with 3+ years tutoring experience offering tailored one-to-one tutoring at any level

I am a graduate of the University of Manchester, having studied Biology and German for 4 years, which included a placement year speaking German in Vienna. I am about to begin a masters in Biology, so I can very much relate to students who are working towards exams and feeling the stress that comes with it!
I have previously tutored for three and a half years for MagiKats, have since volunteered Action Tutoring to tutor students from disadvantaged backgrounds, and was a mentor for student in lower years during my time at university. Therefore I have a range of experience in working with students of all ages and levels as well making a range of resources. I always really enjoyed getting to know my students and tailoring my lessons towards them so that they get the most out of it.
I really enjoy helping my students to have the lightbulb moment and using a range of different materials and approaches to suit their individual needs.
Lessons are 1 hour long, online and will consist of interactive activities and exercises to ensure active learning and enjoyment! Speaking practice is vital for growing confidence and understanding of the language, so sections of the lesson (and eventually all!) will be conducted in German to really immerse the student in the language. Where students are studying towards exams, past exam questions are key to learning a thorough exam technique so these will also be incorporated into every lesson.
