I am currently a KS3 Biology and Chemistry teacher for home-schooled children and I have tutored children for the past 9 years

I prepare all my lessons beforehand by preparing lesson plans and finding suitable engaging resources. I tailor my teaching style to the needs of the pupils and cater to their style of learning and aim to make my lessons interactive by prompting the students to share with me what they know of the topic, asking them review questions from the previous lessons and checking their understanding at the end of the lesson using a wide variety of questions and types of questions such as open questions, true or false questions and multiple choice questions. I record the progress of my students and reflect on my lessons after every lesson so that I may consistently improve the deliverance of my lessons.
