Qualified primary teacher offering English and Maths lessons

I am currently a qualified primary teacher in Scotland and have been full-time teaching for 4 years.

I have had varied experiences with children over the past 8 years and I fully understand different children's wants and needs. I understand that every child is different when it comes to learning and not one size fits all. I am willing to learn about your child to try and work out a teaching style that will suit their individual needs.

I have a good understanding of how progression works and I am willing to push children to their full potential, yet allow them to try and have fun in the process.

I have key skills in primary level maths and literacy activities and other curricular areas. I have worked exclusively within the Curriculum for Excellence and the International Baccalaureate. However, I believe that my skills from these different curricula can be displayed through other curricula across the globe. I have worked more extensively with early years children however, I have experience with children aged 3-12.
