The price of food is not getting any cheaper and our reliance on external providers means as consumers we spend more than we need to, with a few basic recipes and knowledge on how to maximise your pantry you can have more control and flexibility in what you consume whilst wasting less.
I have experience in working in Michelin starred and 4AA Rosette establishments and qualified level 2 NVQ Professional cookery with City and Guilds.
I specialise in pastry work including chocolate tempering.
Instead of setting out a curriculum, I think it would be more beneficial to you the student to set out what it is you would like to achieve.
Also if looking to get into cooking as a profession I would also coach you into finding a suitable job and or qualifications.
